All of our Mental Performance Coaches are formally trained and highly experienced with a minimum Master’s degree in psychology and proven track records with the populations they’’re passionate about. We believe the work you do with someone can only be as good as your relationship with them, which is why we only accept clients and performers who we can ideally match together.

While psychotherapy is designed to reactively treat mental illness, mental performance is designed to proactively strengthen the mind. Mental performance can prevent mental setbacks, and can work alongside therapists much like a physician and a physical therapist may do. All of our coaches are equipped to recognize mental health versus performance concerns and can refer you to whoever you need most at the moment.
